  • Manage professional cleaning upon guest departure.
  • Consult on furnishing your unit and suggested amenities for optimal rental results.
  • Handle all guest inquiries or concerns.
  • Inspect property before and after the guests’ arrival.
  • Fully account for all deposits (deduct for damage, etc.).
  • Obtain bids and notify our clients prior to any excessive expenses regarding their property.
  • Ensure all required maintenance is done in a timely manner.
  • Fully computerized and detailed monthly statements accounting for all income and disbursements.
  • Disburse all tenant deposit refunds and supply required documentation.
  • All collected rent and deposits are maintained in a client’s trust account, subject to periodic auditing.
  • Our web page provides 24 hour marketing of your vacant property.
  • We use Liverez, a leading edge software for managing your properties efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Provide a “Property Handbook” for the guests’ reference, with information about the House Rules, Emergency Contact information and Schedule of Events for the time period of their stay.
