Common Questions about Vacation Rental Homes

  • How do I book a home?

    You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left and once you have selected a vacation rental, click the "Book it Now" button. It will prompt you on the next steps to confirm the reservation. Once it is confirmed, you will receive an email with the reservation number. Please make note of that number and use it in any correspondence, as it helps us track your information. Or you can call our office at 808-365-3626 and a receptionist will be glad to help you.

  • Is booking online secure?

    We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

  • What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?

    Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some properties offering fitness center, hot tubs and BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.

  • How do I check in?

    For all reservations paid in full, a “Welcome Email” will be sent ten (10) days prior arrival. The majority of our properties will be accessible via a lock box, however several larger homes will require we greet you in person. Typically, we suggest you get driving directions online from your location to the address we give you on the access form.

  • What are the Check-In and Check-Out times?

    Check in is 3 pm; if the vacation rental is available earlier, we will be happy to let you know. Check out time is 11 am and we appreciate it if you can honor this promptly. Our cleaning crew needs to maximize their time in the vacation rental and we want to be sure no one is rushed. If you want to ensure a late check-out, you may coordinate this in advance, for an additional fee. If we are able to accommodate you after your arrival, we will do so, however we appreciate at least 48 hour notice.

  • What is supplied in the home?

    Fully-made bed linens are provided, as well as a complete set of bath and pool towels. An extra set of bed linens and bath towels is provided in each bedroom/bathroom. A starter kit including the following are also provided (dish soap, new sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap and laundry soap). The guests are responsible for resupplying items as needed.

  • What do I need to bring?

    All vacation homes have full kitchens, which allows you to cook as you might at home. The owners may also provide spices; however, it varies with each property. We suggest you might plan some meals for your stay and do the grocery shopping. You will need clothing and personal items you would necessarily bring on a vacation trip. Many accessories for excursions (beach towels, chairs, coolers) are provided. If you have any special needs, please don't hesitate to ask and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Will my vacation home have Wi-Fi?

    Yes! All of our vacation rentals offer complimentary Wi-Fi.
